As a couple, we have always shared a passion for serving others. Our journey in resilience counseling was born out of our own experiences with the many ups and downs of life, along with the realization that our greatest obstacles often present our greatest opportunities. These are opportunities for self-reflection, to listen and learn. They allow us to grieve our losses, heal, and grow. They challenge us to dig deep and keep showing up, even when the path ahead is unclear. Through our performance coaching, we have discovered that the key is learning to face reality head-on and move through difficulties rather than avoiding them. Challenges are unavoidable and often beyond our control, but how we respond to what happens to us makes all the difference. With over a decade in pastoral ministry, we draw on our experience caring for people, as well as our background in Mental Health Counseling, to help you face life's challenges and live more fully.

Brittney received her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She enjoys working with young adults and individuals who feel “stuck” in life. Brittney is passionate about helping people navigate difficult life challenges through resilience counseling, guiding them to find wholeness from the broken parts of their stories. Her own counseling journey has given her first-hand knowledge of how healing it is to be seen and heard by a caring counselor. This personal experience with counseling and the transformation it brought to her life inspired her to pursue a career in counseling. Alongside her husband, Trevor, Brittney has served in full-time ministry for over a decade. Through her ministry involvement, she has gained significant experience mentoring and counseling young adults and teens in a pastoral counseling setting, emphasizing the importance of performance coaching in achieving personal growth. Brittney uses a relational approach to counseling, believing that this is the core of the counseling relationship. She hopes to walk alongside you as you explore your story, both the good and the bad, and help you uncover a new way forward through it all.
In her free time, Brittney loves to go to the beach and spend quality time with Trevor and their dog, Teddy. She is actively involved at her church and enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Orlando area. Brittney has previous ministry experience, has lived in Spain as a church planter with Trevor, and traveled throughout Latin America and Europe.

Trevor received his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. With a background in pastoral ministry, Trevor has over 13 years of counseling experience, focusing specifically on children, teens, young adults, and parents. Having personally experienced counseling, Trevor understands how intimidating the idea of seeking help can be. His approach is personable and down-to-earth, aimed at disarming the stigmas and hesitations people often feel toward counseling. Trevor strives to help his clients feel comfortable and cared for on a personal level, particularly in the realm of resilience counseling.
As a Certified Mental Performance Coach, Trevor’s passion lies in helping others build confidence, resilience, and consistency to face each day head-on and unlock their full potential in every aspect of life. He regularly speaks to athletic teams, schools, universities, and professional organizations on topics related to performance coaching, resilience, and thriving under pressure.
In his personal life, Trevor enjoys outdoor activities, triathlon training (Ironman 70.3), reading, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with his family.
