Our Story

As a couple we have always shared a passion for serving others.  Resilience was born out of our own experience with the many ups and downs of life and the realization that our times of greatest obstacles often become our greatest opportunities.  Opportunities to self-reflect, to listen, to learn.  Opportunities to grieve our losses, to heal, to grow.  Opportunities to dig deep and keep showing up even when we don't see where life is taking us.  The key, as we have discovered firsthand, is learning to face reality head on and move through our difficulties, rather than trying to avoid them.  Challenges are unavoidable and often outside of our control.  But how we respond to what happens to us makes all the difference.

With over a decade in pastoral ministry,  we draw on our experience caring for people, as well as our background in Mental Health Counseling, to help you face life's challenges and live more fully.

Our Bio

Brittney Reinholt, M.A. Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Brittney received her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She enjoys working with young adults and individuals who feel “stuck” in life. She is passionate about helping people navigate difficult life challenges and helping them find wholeness out of the broken parts of their story. Through her own counseling journey, she has first-hand knowledge of how healing it is to be seen and heard by a caring counselor. Her personal experiences with counseling and the healing it brought in her life led her to pursue counseling as a career. Brittney and Trevor have served together in full-time ministry for over a decade. Through her ministry involvement she has gained significant experience mentoring and counseling young adults and teens in a pastoral counseling setting. Brittney uses a relational approach to counseling as she believes this is the core of the counseling relationship. She hopes to walk alongside you as you explore your story, the good and bad, and help you uncover a new way forward through it all.

In her free time, Brittney loves to go to the beach and spend time with her husband, Trevor, and their dog Teddy. She is involved at her church and enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Orlando area. She has previous ministry experience, has lived in Spain as a church planter with Trevor, and traveled throughout Latin America and Europe.

Trevor Reinholt, M.A. Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Trevor received his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.  With a background in pastoral ministry, Trevor has over 13 years of counseling experience, working specifically with children, teens, young adults, and parents. As someone who has been through counseling himself, Trevor knows firsthand how intimidating the idea of counseling can be. Trevor’s approach is personable and down-to-earth. His goal is to disarm the stigmas and hesitations people often feel toward counseling and help his clients feel comfortable and cared for on a personal level.

As a Certified Mental Performance Coach, Trevor’s passion is helping others build confidence, resilience, and consistency to face each day head on and reach their full potential in every aspect of life.  Trevor speaks regularly to athletic teams, schools, universities, and professional organizations on the topics of mental performance, resilience, and thriving under pressure.

Personally, Trevor loves being outdoors, triathlon training (Ironman 70.3), reading, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
